We sent an e-mail to you this morning I am calling to verify that you received the e-mail and if you had any questions for us. (wait for response) 

if the response is, “I have not checked my e-mail yet” or “I may have deleted it I get so many e-mails”. Your reply will be as follows:

1. Never try to sell over the phone without the customer having at least checked the information first.
2. Keep conversations to 2-4 minutes max.
3. Never argue with customer or appear confrontational no matter what kind of objection the customer presents you with.
