Co-owner and Director of Prosper Operations, Pierre Gauthier, is also the Managing Director of the Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Board of AvantGuard Bank and Trust. Mr. Gauthier has an MBA from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and is also a Certified Financial Planner. Prior to joining Prosper International in 1996, Mr. Gauthier was President and CEO of Admiral Management Company where he was responsible for the management of assets in excess of 5 billion dollars. |

Oxford Club is a member of the Better Business Bureau of
Maryland. Mr. Gauthier is a member of the Chairman's
